DR LEE KWANG HOW
Dr Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore (MBBS, 2006) and earned his Master of Medicine in Family Medicine in 2011. He is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore and a certified Family Medicine Specialist since 2025.
Before founding Heartland Family Clinic, he served as Associate Consultant and Deputy Head at Bukit Batok Polyclinic. Passionate about teaching and research, Dr Lee has guided family medicine students in fellowship and diploma programmes, and served as Programme Director for the College of Family Physicians Singapore Fellowship Programme (2022–2025).
He has received multiple awards, including the National Healthcare Group Teaching Award, the Gold Award at the Singapore Health and Biomedical Congress, the Pandemic Response and Readiness Award (2022), and the SCDF Community First Responder Award (2024).
Dr Lee is dedicated to providing trusted, personalised care for patients of all ages, helping families stay healthy for life.
