We currently have opportunities for Full-time/Part-time Clinic Assistants. The job description is as follows:
Provide receptionist duties at front counter
Register patients
Prepare and dispense medications
Collect payments
Handle phone calls/enquiries
Submit claims for managed health contracts, insurance, CHAS/PG, Medisave or other schemes
Assist doctors in simple clinic procedures including Chaperone
Perform basic tests on patient (E.g. measurement of height, weight, administering urine test, vision test etc.)
Operate/maintain/set up of clinic equipment
Check/order/top up of medications and supplies
Maintain general cleanliness of the clinic
Maintain filing system and medicine/consumables stock, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
Requirements:
Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Min GCE “N”, “O” levels or ITE certificate or equivalent.
Prior experience in medicine dispensing will be an advantage
Able to converse in English and another language (Mandarin, Malay and/or Tamil)
Computer literate
Pleasant disposition & service orientated
